Walk us through a typical workday at ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½. What are the key tasks and projects you focus on, especially in relation to Salesforce implementations and integrations?

My journey at ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ has been one of continuous learning, problem-solving, and innovation in the Salesforce Health Cloud space. My current role focuses on Salesforce DevOps within a healthcare project, ensuring seamless deployments, system reliability, and process optimisation. Each day involves a mix of deployment execution, technical troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts to maintain a robust and compliant Salesforce environment. My day typically begins with attending stand-up meetings to align as a team and with stakeholders on deployment tasks and priorities, reviewing deployment schedules, and checking pipeline statuses for both production and non-production environments. I work within deployment teams ensuring pre- and post-deployment steps follow best practices and compliance standards. Additionally, I work in environment refreshes and retrofits, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve deployment issues, and conduct code and peer reviews to maintain quality control. Documentation is also a key aspect of my role, ensuring all changes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps are well recorded. It is also important to continuously explore emerging trends in Salesforce DevOps, working to automate deployments and refine CI/CD pipelines for improved efficiency. Being part of a Salesforce Health Cloud project means my work directly supports healthcare professionals and clients, helping to enhance client care and streamline healthcare operations. ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ fosters a culture of learning and innovation, and I take pride in continuous improvements in the DevOps processes to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.
