Social media both inside and outside the Group have transformed the way we interact. Online collaboration enables people to share knowledge and ideas regardless of rank, title, or experience. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a way for us to take part in conversations around the work we do at ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ and show our expertise in these areas. While this digital interaction brings huge benefits, it also comes with certain risks and responsibilities. As a result, we have developed this code of conduct to ensure your interactions are safe, positive, and truly representative of the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ brand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This policy applies to all employees of the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Group and must be implemented by all Group companies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n

Three guiding principles<\/strong><\/h3>
We have established three principles that should guide all of us in every interaction online.<\/h5>
1. GET ENGAGED:\u00a0Act as a role model<\/strong>

We encourage our employees to make the most of the opportunities offered by social media to demonstrate leadership, champion our capabilities, humanize our business and celebrate success.<\/h5><\/div>
2. GET THE BASICS RIGHT:\u00a0Safeguard your account and our network<\/strong>

We apply the same rules of personal behaviour online as we do offline. All employees must comply with the law, behave ethically, and prioritise information security. You must never forget that your online behaviour reflects both you and the business; your social posts are permanent.<\/h5><\/div>
3. PROTECT THE BUSINESS:\u00a0Think, before you post<\/strong><\/strong>

While we encourage employees to celebrate our successes and champion our capabilities, we must not give away commercially sensitive information: always protect clients\u2019, the Group\u2019s, and suppliers\u2019 confidential and other proprietary information.<\/h5><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n
