Mr. Merveilleux du Vignaux is a graduate of HEC business school (1989). He started his career in 1991 with Coopers & Lybrand (PWC) as a financial auditor and then as a corporate finance consultant, before joining ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ in 1998.

He has 25 years’ experience within the Group, successively in the Mergers & Acquisitions department, as Business Risk Manager and then as Chief Financial Officer of ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ in India between 2004 and 2008.

He was then appointed Chief Financial Officer of several Strategic Business Units (SBU), for a range of scopes including the European, APAC and Americas regions. In particular, he was Chief Financial Officer of the Americas SBU between 2016 and 2022.

Since 2022, he is Head of Transformation in the Group Finance Department, responsible for the implementation of the OneFinance transformation program.

Mr. Merveilleux du Vignaux brings to the Board of Directors his finance expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Group and its operations.

Mr. Merveilleux du Vignaux is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Employee Savings Mutual Fund (FCPE) since April 2022.
